About Larry Irion

A native Californian, Larry graduated from U.C.L.A. with a B.A. in Music and Theater Arts. After a tour in Korea where he served with Armed Forces Radio as an announcer, Larry worked at Walt Disney Studios in Burbank.

Becoming a Real Estate Broker in 1968 Larry spent a number of years in Mammoth Lakes as owner of a franchise Real Estate office with offices also in Susanville CA.

After leaving Mammoth, Larry spent the next twelve years as a loan officer and broker in Santa Maria before leaving for several years of travel and living abroad in various parts of the world.

After returning and settling in Leisure World, now Laguna Woods Village, he has participated in numerous theatrical productions and musical concerts as well as enjoying the many recreational facilities and educational
opportunities offered.

Since joining the Buyer’s Broker company, Larry has specialized in working with seniors in locating properties in the many retirement communities in southern Orange County. As more and more of the “baby boomers” enter this market, there is a growing need for specialists who understand the needs and desires of the aging community. “ Listening to what the buyers want is the most important part of this business.”  I listen.
